This is a private session where you can gain perspective and guidance in releasing the things and habits that are getting in the way of you achieving the health, life and path you desire for your life. As a shorter segment this is useful for just touching base while working on bigger tasks or for when you have a focused issue you want to discuss and work through.
REBOOT for your Body, Mind, and Spirit (only in person)
$4444 per week up to 3 weeks. This includes both coaches working with your family for a minimum of 8 hours per day for a 7 day period ( we will travel to you). Includes up to 3 hour intake and 4 zoom sessions after to help keep your progress going, lifetime 10% discount on future services
We travel to you and stay nearby. Learn the same system that gave us both back our health and revolutionized our lives. We work on teaching you the tools to retake control of your health, growth, and evolution and stay with you for 1-3 weeks, pricing is per week, to help you develop the systems you need to succeed in regaining control over your life, health, and growth.
This will include tips and tricks to simplify eating healthy, Cooking lessons, meal plan and recipes, daily coaching sessions, channeled guidance, finding your permission slips to facilitate your own healing, as well as practical advice to make this fit into your particular life and family.

This was Trena August of 2020
I was extremely sick with multiple ailments and supposedly incurable afflictions. Multiple Sclerosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Fibromyalgia, and Trigeminal Neuralgia. I had tried everything, or so I thought, to lose weight, get healthier and just stop suffering but nothing I tried worked for more than a month or two and by this point I had given up and was truly just waiting to die. Little did I realize at the time I had to heal my inner self first for the physical healing to happen.
This was Peter August of 2018
At the time this picture was taken, I had all but given up on myself and my health reflected it. I was struggling with a failing liver, my gut was in bad enough shape that an average day entailed 10-15 bowel movements, and psoriasis was ravaging my joints and large portions of my skin. I was in the midst of a period of several years in which I had no romantic partner and was not seeking one, as I viewed myself as mostly just baggage and, I thought, valueless to the world. This is Trena January of 2023
I am now 185 lbs lighter. A size 8 rather than 4x with 26/28 jeans being too tight. Off all prescription medications, at my unhealthiest I was on 28 pills a day, and all my medical issues are gone, My MRI no longer shows any lesions on my brain or spine and I had both, I am nearly 50 and healthier and more active than at any other time in my life. I am no longer sitting in a wheel chair or using a walker, just waiting to die but instead an active and eager participant in my life and all the universe has to offer. This was more of a spiritual journey than a weight loss one and my life's purpose is to help others find that healing in themselves and let go of the unhealthy paradigms that trap us in bodies that feel like they are at constant war with us. We are all natural healers if we can just get out of our own way.

I am thrilled to say that my mental, emotional, and physical health have experienced a turnaround that has been nothing short of miraculous. An avid spiritual seeker for more than 10 years, the real healing was mental & spiritual. After finally addressing my problems at their source, I went from 375lbs in 2018 to 245lbs as of January 2023. My liver inflammation is gone and my bowels are regular - two things I thought had relegated me to the scrap heap! My Psoriasis is no longer causing joint pain and my patches no longer crust, crack and bleed. Some have even disappeared completely. I'm still on my healing journey, but what I have experienced so far has instilled me with trust that complete healing from every ailment is both possible and forthcoming. Growing spiritually together with Trena has also instilled in me a deep desire to help others find what we have found - namely that you have the power within to heal and that power is amplified exponentially when two or more people choose health together!
